Make sure your web site is seen, don't leave
it to chance.
Google
Adwords campaigns are easy for anyone to set up, and doing it
yourself provides the best level of control, but many of my clients
don't have the time or inclination to monitor progress and do the necessary
tweaks. And if you're not careful with your settings, Google will show your
ad (and charge you if clicked) for keywords you didn't ask for, or place
them on inappropriate web sites in their content network. So some clients
ask me to sort all this out for them.
Adwords get you seen on search
engines quickly, before your site has a "natural" ranking through
the regular Google updates. You can
also use them for seasonal
products or trial services that don't otherwise
get top billing on your web site. A client said recently "Adwords results
have given us the best start to a New Year that we have ever had".
So let me know if you require Adwords when your site is completed.
Although all my sites are search engine optimised,
and submitted to Google and the other main search engines, the only
sure-fire way to always be on the front page of a search is to sponsor
keywords that are relevant to your web site. Your ads also appear on
other web sites in the Google Adsense network (like this one and also
those in the footer below).
I run all the campaigns through
my own Adwords account - it's not really practical for me to manage
pre-existing campaigns you may already have set up. But you can
pause your own ads and see if the campaign I run for you performs
better. All I need from you (as the expert in your field) to make
a start, is some idea of the keywords you really want to focus on.
My service includes the initial set-up of your advert(s) and related
keywords, analysis of other words that might be relevant,
and monthly monitoring and tuning of the campaign to identify
poorly performing keywords and advertisements. At the end of each
month I send out a spreadsheet showing you how things

Pricing is in terms of the additional
value for your business, of the extra leads generated without you having
to do much, if anything, to generate them. There is an initial set-up
fee, to create up to three ads for you within the constraints of the
ad box, set up the keywords and costs per click to match your specified
budget, and then each month you just pay an account management fee which
is a percentage of your monthly budget (which covers the Google fees
I pay on your behalf).
